WIMO Hebetechnik offers robust and durable crane hook blocks that are ideally suited to the relevant application as well as automated operation (“Industry 4.0”).

Most lifting technology providers only offer crane hook blocks in a standardised shape. This is what makes WIMO® different. As a specialist in special-purpose mechanical engineering, WIMO Hebetechnik produces highly innovative, custom solutions for lifting and transporting heavy goods and placing them into storage. Every crane hook block from WIMO® is specially designed for the individual application scenario for targeted optimisation of the material flow. A WIMO® hook block protects the motor against damage, protects the material during transportation and protects employees against occupational accidents. WIMO® crane hook blocks are also designed for heavy-duty applications, such as high-temperature work. In this case, the hook blocks are reinforced with a special heat plate. With the help of an automatic jaw opening, this lifting technology from WIMO® also enables goods to be deposited at great heights without having to lay a hand on them. In this process, the position of the jaw opening can be displayed visually. A patent for this innovation has already been submitted.

WIMO hook blocks are designed for heavy loads and offer a reliable, durable solution for crane operation. The integrated, electromechanical hook drive with gear brake motor ensures safe, sensitive rotation of the load hook – protected by a slip clutch against overload or mechanical damage.
