Coil storages

When storing coils and slit strips, the focus is on occupational safety. The coils / slit strips are stored in a horizontal axis position and fixed by stabilizers. The available space should be used to the maximum. For this, WIMO® Hebetechnik offers you 2 variants: storage troughs or storage containers.

You can store coils or split strips in the storage troughs. The trapezoidal support prisms prevent the coils or slit strips from rolling away to the side. The stabilizers consist of square hollow profiles with a high section modulus. The coil containers are stackable and can be folded up to save space when you don't need them. They are easy to transport by forklifts.

Storage troughs

The anti-tippers consist of square hollow profiles with a higher section modulus.
The frames for the anti-tippers consist of stable, welded together and additionally positively connected metal sheets.
The shape of the anti-tipper frames is adapted to the square anti-tippers and the anti-tippers can be moved manually in two positions, tilted forwards - coil secured and tilted backwards - coil free.
Due to the special and adapted shape of the anti-tilt frames, no "mechanics" are necessary for the tilting movement of the anti-tippers.
The trapezoidal support prisms prevent the coils or slit strips from rolling sideways.
In order to prevent the storage device from moving and to achieve maximum stability, a fastening option on the hall floor is provided.
